Job Description

  • Lead large‑scale higher education and healthcare projects from preconstruction through close‑out
  • Serve as a senior representative within a growing New Haven office
  • Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client expectations
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and trade partners
  • Support business growth efforts, particularly within the higher‑education sector
  • Utilise Procore and related tools to drive project transparency and performance
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership on strategy and delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in construction management or general contracting
  • Strong background in higher education and/or healthcare projects
  • Previous experience delivering work on active campus environments preferred
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capability
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam
  • Ability to commute to New Haven, CT (on‑site role)
