Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Own projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving the schedule, budget, quality, and overall execution.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep work moving and milestones on track.
  • Manage project financials, including budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and overall profitability.
  • Drive procurement and subcontractor buyout, negotiating scopes and contracts to protect the project.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and contract compliance while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong background across commercial, healthcare, and/or light industrial construction.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Timberline.
  • Demonstrated career stability with a track record of growing within organizations.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder who can confidently work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to navigate contracts, project challenges, and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
