Senior Project Manager - K-12 Construction

• Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to construction.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise and mentor project team members to achieve high performance.
• Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
