Job Description

  • Lead and manage day-to-day execution of complex construction projects across all phases, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and contract requirements
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation to ensure timely resolution and accurate project records
  • Manage project schedules, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and key subcontractors to maintain clear communication and strong project alignment
  • Direct procurement efforts, including long-lead items, vendor coordination, and material tracking to support project timelines
  • Lead project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and drive accountability for action items across all stakeholders
  • Support permitting, inspections, and compliance efforts while ensuring adherence to building codes, safety standards, and quality control processes
  • Collaborate closely with field leadership to coordinate site operations, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum
  • Oversee closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, warranties, and final project delivery requirements
  • Maintain and enforce organized project documentation systems using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office platforms

The Successful Applicant



  • 8-15+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong track record leading projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager


  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects from preconstruction through closeout with minimal oversight


  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability across field and office teams


  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control


  • Strong communicator with experience managing owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors


  • Comfortable running project meetings, coordinating logistics, and keeping all stakeholders aligned


  • Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate issues and implement solutions quickly in the field


  • Solid understanding of construction contracts, documents, and change management processes


  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget
