Senior Project Manager - Life Science & MEP - Northshore

• Lead and manage life science and MEP construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide project teams to achieve their best performance.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain and grow the business.
