Job Description

The Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager will report into senior leadership and take full accountability for project performance, including:

  • Leading all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through execution and closeout
  • Acting as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Driving project strategy, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
  • Overseeing project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and change management
  • Managing internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards within a highly controlled environment
  • Mentoring and developing Project Managers and junior staff, contributing to overall team growth

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects end-to-end
  • Strong background in ground-up construction and complex project environments
  • Experience delivering laboratory, healthcare, mission-critical, or similarly technical facilities preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership managing multiple stakeholders and project teams
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and project execution strategy
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
