Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading multiple construction projects from preconstruction through close-out, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 2-4 Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
  • Playing an active role in hiring, training, and building a scalable project team
  • Serving as the primary client point of contact, including for high-profile and confidential projects
  • Leading OAC meetings and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
  • Overseeing complex, high-value projects typically exceeding $20M
  • Collaborating closely with ownership and senior leadership on strategy and execution
  • Running 2-4 projects concurrently with full administrative and project support
  • Balancing office-based leadership with regular site presence

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Experience leading projects independently as a Senior or Lead Project Manager
  • Proven track record of managing, and developing project teams
  • Strong ability to handle complex scopes, schedules, and multiple workstreams
  • Confident, self-sufficient tendencies and comfortable operating with minimal oversight
  • Clear ambition to progress into a Project Executive role
  • Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, CMiC, and Microsoft office
  • Experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects
