Job Description

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
