Job Description



Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead all phases of a multifamily project from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Manage master project schedule, cost controls, cash flow, and forecasting.
  • Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management.
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to align scheduling, sequencing, and field execution.



Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, design teams, consultants, and inspectors.
  • Lead OAC meetings, progress updates, and executive reporting.
  • Mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers as the project team scales.



Risk, Quality & Financial Oversight

  • Identify and mitigate schedule, cost, and constructability risks specific to multifamily construction.
  • Manage scopes related to podium construction, unit interiors, amenity spaces, parking structures, and sitework.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for safety, quality, and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15+ years of construction experience, including senior‑level PM experience on multifamily projects.
  • Proven success delivering ground‑up multifamily developments (wrap, podium, garden‑style, or mixed‑use).
  • Strong knowledge of multifamily scopes such as structural concrete, wood framing, MEP coordination, interiors, and finishes.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $40M+ (larger preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $140,000 - $180,000
  • Annual Bonus: 15-25% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $1,200 per month
