The Project Executive will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting continued expansion, working closely with leadership to elevate project delivery. This Project Executive position sits at the forefront of strategic growth and offers direct access to senior decision-makers.Job DescriptionLead and oversee multiple Project Managers and active construction sites simultaneouslyServe as the primary client-facing leader, managing relationships with owners and stakeholdersDrive execution and delivery across multifamily renovation projects (typically $10M-$20M)Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership to ensure project successSupport recruitment efforts by leveraging industry network to build strong project teamsNavigate tenant-occupied environments and manage sensitive on-site situationsTravel across regional job sites (primarily NY/NJ and occasionally DC) as neededOperate with a high degree of autonomy as a senior Project Executive within six monthsWork cross-functionally with leadership to support regional growth initiativesAct as a strategic partner in expanding operations and mentoring emerging leadersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
