Senior Project Manager- New Construction Projects

• Lead and manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, from planning to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
