Senior Project Manager (OPM) - Industrial CAPEX

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale design‑build CAPEX projects across manufacturing facilities
• Manage capital improvement initiatives from concept, budgeting and design through construction and close‑out
• Oversee a mix of general contractors and self‑performed work, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost control
• Act as the owner's representative, coordinating internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors
• Support projects involving historic preservation and restoration within an active industrial environment
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes and change orders
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and report directly to the Head of Projects (Rob)
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards at all sites
