Job Description

    • Serve as the Owner's Representative, protecting client interests throughout the project lifecycle
    • Lead projects from planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractor performance
    • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and stakeholder teams
    • Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes
    • Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting to clients
    • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager (Owners Rep) should have:

    • 10+ years of construction project management experience
    • Strong Owner's Rep, Project Management Consultancy, or Client-Side experience
    • Commercial interiors project experience within NYC is required
    • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project schedules
    • Strong understanding of budgeting, contracts, construction processes, and risk management
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
    • Professional, client-focused, and highly organized
