Job Description



  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple concurrent commercial construction projects ($10M-$20M range) within a pharmaceutical campus environment
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with owners representatives and other team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives
  • Schedule Management: Direct project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Quality Control: Identify project risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement proactive solutions
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for project progress, financials, and issue tracking

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction environments (pharmaceutical or industrial preferred)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical construction background is required
  • Engineering degree strongly preferred (or equivalent technical expertise)
  • Proven experience managing projects in the $10M-$20M range
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with infrastructure-heavy and ground-up construction projects (preferred over solely clean room experience)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging stakeholder relationships
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
