Must have experience managing projects valued at $10M+; larger projects highly desired. Heavy MEP/mechanical project experience preferred.Additional experience: Candidates can come from GC, mechanical subcontractor, or hospital owner-side backgrounds. Degree highly preferred. Strong tenure/history with employers preferred. Retail-only backgrounds will not be considered.Who will this person report to?
