Senior Project Manager - Retail Construction

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for assigned construction projects from preconstruction and procurement through completion and closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, subcontractor strategies, and overall project execution plans.
• Maintain responsibility for project financial performance, including forecasting, cost reporting, cash flow, change management, billing, and profitability.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, scope review, contract negotiations, buyout, and ongoing subcontractor performance management.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Superintendents and field leadership to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, maintain schedules, and ensure quality and safety expectations are achieved.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, purchase orders, meeting documentation, and other project controls.
• Identify potential project risks, schedule impacts, cost exposures, and contractual issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project staff while supporting their professional development.
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, owner turnover, final documentation, financial reconciliation, and warranty coordination.
