Senior Project Manager- On Site-Comp up to $185k

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any potential issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and development.
