Senior Project Manager-Tampa-Construction

• Plan, execute, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns or issues in a timely manner.
