Job Description

  • Manage and oversee construction projects up to $250M, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
  • Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and plans to meet client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 12-20+ years of experience
  • Experience with projects $25M+
  • Experience with Procore & Bluebeam
  • A strong background in construction project management, particularly with large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive client and team relationships.
