This individual will lead the execution of high-voltage transmission infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout while managing client relationships, schedules, budgets, construction coordination, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.Job DescriptionLead execution of transmission and power delivery projects from planning through commissioningManage projects involving transmission lines, substations, switchyards, and utility infrastructureOversee projects ranging from 69kV, 115kV, 138kV, 230kV, 345kV, and up to 500kV systemsDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plansCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teamsInterface directly with utility clients, contractors, and regulatory agenciesSupport construction activities, outage coordination, and field executionMonitor project scope, cost, quality, and safety performanceIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesReview contracts, change orders, and project documentationProvide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and engineersSupport renewable energy interconnection and grid modernization initiatives where applicableMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
