Job Description

  • Provide overall project leadership from pre-construction through closeout
  • Manage and support foremen and field supervision to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative for assigned projects
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost forecasting
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including government contract requirements
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Conduct project meetings (internal, owner, and subcontractor)
  • Monitor and enforce safety programs and jobsite best practices
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting, and closeout deliverables

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems
  • Demonstrated experience managing foremen and field crews
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with federal/government projects (preferred but not required)
  • Working knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
