Senior Project Manager

• Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare regular project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
