We are partnered on an exclusive search for a leading general contractor and development firm based in Indiana specializing in large commercial, K-12, and faith-based projects. With a strong track record of successful developments and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, they are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to the team. Job Description

Lead and manage multiple building and construction projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety regulations.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or changes.
Review and approve project designs, plans, and permits to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Resolve any issues that may arise during construction, providing timely solutions.
Ensure all safety standards and regulations are strictly followed throughout the project life cycle.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience as a project manager with a diverse range of projects.
Experience running multiple projects at once.
Background in commercial and education projects, working with a General Contractor on group-up projects.
Experience with estimating specifically for hard bids is a plus but not required.
Experience running projects from ground up ($15M+).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in project management software such as Project or Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pre-construction knowledge.
Design build experience is a plus.
