Senior Project Manager

• Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating all phases of construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks that arise to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth within the department.
