Job Description

  • Project Management: Manage 1-2 concurrent projects at a time, typically including a mix of ground‑up construction and fit‑out projects
  • Client-Facing: Serve as the primary client‑facing representative, managing expectations, relationships, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Schedule Management: Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and risk management
  • Quality Control: Drive projects from preconstruction through close‑out, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability
  • Safety Compliance: Proactively identify and solve problems in the field while maintaining a solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior PMs and contribute to the continued growth and strengthening of the PM team

The Successful Applicant

  • - 8-15 years of construction project management experience (open to strong candidates with 6-8 years and exceptional experience)
  • - Proven background managing ground‑up and interior fit‑out projects in commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, or similar sectors
  • - Hands‑on builder who has "gotten their hands dirty" and understands the realities of the jobsite
  • - Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to different project needs
  • - Highly personable, client‑focused, and experienced managing demanding stakeholders and diverse personalities
  • - Able to split time evenly between the office and the field (50/50)
