About Our Client

A leading construction management and consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the Greater Philadelphia tri-state area. The organization provides comprehensive services including project management, owner's representation, cost estimating, scheduling, QA/QC, land development consulting, and FF&E management for a variety of clients such as developers, institutions, non-profits, and public agencies.

Job Description

  • Lead and facilitate design development meetings in collaboration with architects and engineering teams
  • Supervise and mentor project management staff while coordinating resource allocation
  • Chair weekly project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
  • Review and analyze project schedules, proactively identifying risks, delays, and associated costs
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating AIA contract agreements
  • Support development of project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines
  • Oversee project controls including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment processes
  • Conduct field inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent and client standards
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports to clients
  • Manage punch list completion and coordinate project closeout activities
  • Oversee building turnover and manage warranty-related items as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 7+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of AIA contract documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), project management software, Procore, scheduling, and estimating tools
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Backgrounds in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred (PEs encouraged to apply)
