Senior Project Manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects within the property industry, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and detailed plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources while optimizing costs.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
