Job Description

Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
Supervise and mentor project team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Review and approve project-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

Strong knowledge of multifamily podium construction and project management principles.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a dynamic construction environment.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and building codes.
