They operate in a highly collaborative environment and are looking for curious, driven, self-motivated individuals who want to take ownership, grow quickly, and build a long-term career with the company.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager's Responsibilities:Own projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving the schedule, budget, quality, and overall execution.Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep work moving and milestones on track.Manage project financials, including budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and overall profitability.Drive procurement and subcontractor buyout, negotiating scopes and contracts to protect the project.Build and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery.Serve as a key point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and contract compliance while delivering projects on time and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
