They offer an opportunity to join a collaborative team where experienced construction professionals can take ownership of their work and make a meaningful impact.Job DescriptionLead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction and planning through construction, turnover, and closeout.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost-control procedures.Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders.Oversee procurement, subcontractor bidding, contract negotiations, and scope management.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget targets.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and financial performance to stakeholders.Maintain high standards for quality control, jobsite safety, and compliance with applicable building codes.Mentor and support project engineers, assistant project managers, and other team members.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design partners, and trade contractors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
