Job Description

  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Win new business through targeted outreach and lead generation across your area.
  • Meet with your clients in-person and/or virtually to drive meaningful business relationships
  • Own the recruitment process from first conversation through placement.
  • Manage and grow your own network of candidates and clients, both new and existing.
  • Source, screen and assess candidates using a range of online tools and platforms.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver hiring solutions that last.
  • Run structured interviews to assess experience, capability and motivation.
  • Lead contract and fee negotiations with potential clients.
  • Beyond the above - you will regularly review results and put clear plans in place to continuously improve your skill sets and business acumen

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience prospecting and developing new business.
  • A proven ability to close deals and deliver against targets.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
  • Ability to initiate and develop business relationships
  • Motivation to build a long‑term career in sales and recruitment.
  • A BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
  • A coachable, adaptable approach and a genuine curiosity about people and business.
