With a strong culture of engineering excellence and innovation, they continue to invest heavily in next-generation technologies and product development.Job DescriptionLead reliability engineering activities throughout the entire product development life cycle.Define and execute qualification strategies to support new product releases.Partner with engineering teams to integrate Design for Reliability (DfR) methodologies and best practices.Develop reliability plans, DFMEAs, reliability growth programs, and accelerated life test strategies.Design and execute reliability verification and validation testing.Build reliability models and conduct thermo-mechanical simulations at the component and system levels.Analyze field, manufacturing, quality, and customer data to establish key reliability metrics.Drive root cause investigations, failure analysis efforts, and corrective action implementation.Evaluate engineering changes and assess their impact on product reliability.Collaborate with global service teams, suppliers, and customers to improve product performance and reliability.Generate reliability forecasts and metrics including MTBF, availability, and reliability growth performance.Support worldwide customer and supplier engagements as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
