Senior Superintendent - GovCloud- Virginia

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilisation through project completion.
• Lead subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate daily site operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Drive execution of mission-critical, secure facility, data centre, and government construction projects.
• Conduct daily planning meetings, site walks, and progress reviews with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project management teams to resolve field challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure all work complies with client requirements, government regulations, and security protocols.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting, and schedule updates.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on operational excellence.
• Support successful project delivery for high-profile federal and secure infrastructure clients.
