Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion
  • Manage subcontractors, scheduling, logistics, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractor meetings
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Drive safety initiatives in alignment with company best practices
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and field teams
  • Mentor junior field staff and support team developme

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent - Large Scale Commercial should have:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven track record running ground-up commercial projects
  • Strong field leadership and ability to manage complex jobsites
  • Experience with scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination
  • Multifamily-only experience will not be considered
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
  • Demonstrated progression toward senior-level responsibilities
