Senior Superintendent (Multifamily) - Miami, FL

• Oversee daily construction site operations for multifamily projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to address any issues or changes in project scope.
• Monitor and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to on-site teams to ensure a productive work environment.
