This individual must have successfully led the full lifecycle of multiple projects valued up to $50M+ and possess a strong background in podium, wrap, and walk-up construction.Job DescriptionOur Lead Superintendent will be responsible for:Lead all field operations from project start through completion.Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities.Develop and maintain construction schedules.Conduct Three-Week Look-Ahead planning.Drive production while maintaining quality standards.Ensure safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Manage site logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination.Collaborate with Project Managers, ownership groups, consultants, and subcontractors.Lead field meetings and provide project updates.Identify and resolve field challenges proactively.Maintain project milestones and schedule commitmentsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
