Senior Transmission Line Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)

• Lead transmission line design using PLS-CADD / PLS-POLE / PLS-TOWER
• Perform and review advanced sag & tension, structure loading, and clearance analysis
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC for design packages
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development
• Interface with utilities, clients, and project stakeholders
• Support construction, field issues, and engineering problem-solving

What You'll Be Working On

• Design and oversight of EHV/HV transmission lines (230kV-500kV+)
• Greenfield line development and long-distance corridor design
• Line uprating, reconductoring, and system reliability improvements
• Transmission infrastructure supporting renewable integration and grid expansion
• Cross-functional coordination with substation, civil, and permitting teams
