Job Description

  • Oversee the management and resolution of LIHTC assets with a focus on dispositions and performance optimization.
  • Lead a team of asset managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the company's LIHTC portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyze market trends and financial data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and disposition outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
