Job Description

The Senior/Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - NoVA will:

  • Manage healthcare renovation projects from planning through completion in active, occupied facilities
  • Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedule, budget, and quality are met
  • Maintain strict safety, infection control, and professionalism standards while working in patient‑care environments
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, and internal stakeholders to resolve challenges proactively
  • Track project costs, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Uphold company core values with a strong focus on detail, integrity, and teamwork

The Successful Applicant

The Senior/Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - NoVA will have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Healthcare renovation experience strongly preferred; occupied hospital experience required for Richmond projects
  • Strong understanding of managing projects in sensitive, live environments
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working both onsite and in the office
