Innovation is at the forefront of growth for the company's vision, and this is directly correlated to the growth opportunities for the employees who join.Job DescriptionShipping, Order Processing, Inventory Control & ReturnsManages daily operational activities within NetSuite ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and RF‑Smart, including receiving, picking, Inventory Control, packing, shipping, and return transactions; Monitors cold chain environments throughout the warehouse (Temperature probes system) reviews all system transactions and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures.Prepares and distributes printed pick tickets (waves), required inserts, and all applicable shipping documentation to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.Oversees end-to-end shipment processing activities, including order ‑follow up, issue resolution, and receiving functions; provides hands‑on operational support during periods of high volume, staffing constraints, or changing business requirements.Coordinates domestic and international shipments using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other approved freight forwarders, ensuring adherence to service level requirements and customer delivery expectations.Obtains freight quotations, evaluates shipping options, and schedules carrier pickups as a backup resource to the Shipping Supervisor and Receiving & Shipping Coordinator.Works closely with Customer Service on custom and non‑standard orders, supporting order accuracy, special handling requirements, and customer communication.Flexible hours as position may require overtime, weekends and on call needs.Maintains an accurate inventory of finished goods, raw materials, components, and packaging materials. Performs cycle count and inventory adjustments.Processes customer and supplier returns as required, including receipt, segregation, disposition, and destruction of returned materials, ensuring accurate documentation and completion of all required system transactions.Supports customer complaints by assisting with return assessments, investigations, and required documentation in coordination with QA and Customer Service.Assists in identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies related to product receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping to prevent recurrence and improve operational accuracy.Maintains working knowledge of export documentation requirements, including Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLI), packing lists, and related international shipping documents.Orders and maintains appropriate inventory levels of shipping and packaging materials to support daily operations.Leadership & Team SupportProvides hands-on‑ leadership on the warehouse floor by training, monitoring, and supporting assigned personnel.Trains new employees and provides retraining as required to ensure operational consistency and compliance.Supports the Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor in establishing developmental, team goals and participates in midyear and end‑ of‑ ‑year performance review processes.Conducts regular one to ‑one meetings with assigned team members to provide guidance, feedback, and operational support.Reviews and approves employee timecards for accuracy and completeness in accordance with company policies and payroll requirements.Promotes a positive, cooperative team environment and fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
