Site Superintendent - Boston

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records.
• Lead and supervise construction teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
