Sourcing and Category Lead for BPO and Debt Services

• Lead the development and execution of global category strategies for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Debt Services, ensuring long-term supplier performance and commercial value delivery.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, profile spend, and identify sourcing opportunities aligned to strategic priorities.
• Plan and execute sourcing events (RFPs/RFXs), including complex negotiations to achieve optimal value, compliance, and risk outcomes.
• Structure contracts and manage supplier relationships to deliver value-based outcomes and sustainable partnerships.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, regulatory, operational, and supply chain risks across the sourcing lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including sourcing process optimisation and buying channel enhancements.
• Monitor compliance, regulatory requirements, and governance controls across procurement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing senior decision-making.
• Stay abreast of market trends and emerging sourcing practices to inform strategy and innovation.
