We're seeking a Developer to join our client's Pre-Trade IT Team, supporting one of their primary in-house applications that facilitates the booking, pricing, electronic trading and reporting of Bonds, CLOs, Repos, Loans, and Interest Rate Futures. Strong proficiency in C#, .Net and agile methodologies is required.

Job Description

  • Partner closely with product owners, business analysts, and engineering peers to design and deliver new features aligned with business needs
  • Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, standups, and continuous improvement of delivery practices
  • Develop and maintain clear technical and functional documentation, including system designs, user guidance, and deployment materials
  • Support production applications by troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements to improve performance and usability

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of software development experience with strong C# skills
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
  • Strong problem-solving ability and experience handling complex requirements
  • Effective communicator with experience collaborating across teams
  • Background in front office environments with knowledge of fixed income and interest rate products
