Job Description

Product Approvals Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the Product Approval Team
  • Oversee product and packaging approval cycles
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, and approval dashboards
  • Identify and resolve approval bottlenecks proactively



Licensor Relations

  • Act as the primary contact for licensors on approvals and feedback
  • Build strong relationships with key brand partners
  • Translate licensor feedback into clear internal direction



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Design, Creative, Product and Production teams
  • Align approval timelines with Sales and Operations priorities
  • Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders



Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all products meet brand and contractual requirements
  • Maintain accurate approval records and documentation
  • Support audit and compliance processes



Process Improvement

  • Optimise approval workflows and best practices
  • Implement tools to improve tracking and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or similar
  • 5+ years' experience in licensing, approvals, or brand management
  • Strong experience managing multiple licensor relationships
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience with tools such as Airtable, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Prior team leadership experience preferred
