Job Description

  • Draft and review real estate legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate real estate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate regulations.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and resolve any related issues.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions and related documentation.
  • Support attorneys with closings, including preparing closing documents and coordinating logistics.
  • Research and summarize legal issues related to real estate transactions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Paralegal - Real Estate should have:
