Job Description

    • Lead the successful delivery of large-scale Class A office construction projects.
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Oversee Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams.
    • Drive collaboration with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
    • Support preconstruction efforts, value engineering, and business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Proven track record delivering Class A office projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client management.
  • Experience working for a reputable commercial general contractor.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
