Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will report directly to executive leadership and be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale cold storage and light industrial developments.

  • Lead multiple ground-up cold storage and industrial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and financial performance.
  • Manage project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and field personnel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
  • Drive preconstruction planning, risk management, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop junior project management staff while supporting business growth initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up cold storage facilities.
  • Strong background managing large-scale light industrial projects including distribution centers, logistics facilities, manufacturing plants, or warehouses.
  • Demonstrated success leading project teams and managing complex client relationships.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
  • Experience within a design-build environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
