• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication and team coordination.
• Identify and resolve potential project risks and issues promptly.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong professional relationships and addressing any concerns.
