Job Description

  • Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery from preconstruction through completion.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, contracts, cash flow, and financial performance.
  • Direct project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans.
  • Oversee construction quality, safety, compliance, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues, changes, and conflicts proactively.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, client communication, and accountability for successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of lead project management experience
  • Track record of delivering projects valued at $5M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
