Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Projects up to $100M

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans while managing resources effectively.
• Oversee and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth execution of plans.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.
• Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
